Our Chianti is a blend of Sangiovese and Merlot produced in the Estate's new vineyards. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. It is a well-structured and balanced wine. A good acidity gives the wine a lasting freshness and brilliance.

Our Chianti Colli Fiorentini is a blend of Sangiovese and Canaiolo grapes. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks and aging in medium-sized oak barrels. An enduring, full-bodied wine, rich in intense and fruity aromas.

Chianti Superiore DOCG

Strength and delicacy intertwined to create perfect harmony.

The Sangiovese grapes used for this wine come from the best vineyards of the Estate. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, aging in medium-sized oak barrels. Intense ruby red color with violet reflections and a fruity flavor with slightly spicy notes of pepper and vanilla.

Chianti Colli Fiorentini Riserva DOCG

Sangiovese

Soft and structured body. Fine and floral soul.

This wine ensues from the selection of our best Sangiovese grapes. It is aged in large Slavonian oak barrels for long periods. The wine has an intense and deep red color with spicy notes and hints of tobacco.

Bruzzico Toscana IGT

Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon

Elegant, austere, and full-bodied, where passion finds its maximum form.

This wine comes from a blend of Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon produced in vineyards over twenty years old. Fermentation takes place separately: Sangiovese is aged in oak barrels for about twelve months, Cabernet Sauvignon in barriques.

A limited edition of 900 numbered bottles, our Baliatico Toscana IGT is the result of the selection of our best Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot grapes. The result is a blend of elegant, warm and enveloping aromas, which invites you to stop, meditate and marvel at every sip.

Canaiolo Toscana IGT

Canaiolo

For those who find curiosity is the key to everlasting youth. We are among the few to produce a 100% Canaiolo.

Canaiolo is an ancient and typically Tuscan grape that best expresses the potential of our land. The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, with refinement obtained in medium-sized oak barrels. Ruby red in color with notes of red fruits, it has a fruity and harmonious flavor.

Vinsanto del Chianti DOC

Finish in style, at a nice slow pace.

Produced with Malvasia grapes left to dry on racks for three months before being pressed. Aged in kegs for five years.

Extra virgin olive oil

A precious nectar: our organic extra virgin olive oil.

Born from the union of our typical Tuscan varieties: Frantoio, Leccino, Pendolino and Moraiolo. The maximum time allowed between harvesting and pressing is twelve hours. The extraction of extra virgin olive oil takes place without oxygen and at low temperatures. It has a bright green color and an intense aroma, typical of the best Tuscan olive oils.
